Hey Chefs,
As we reach the summer solstice, the fields are at their fullest. As the old saying goes, the corn should be “knee-high by the Fourth of July.” We do not grow corn, but the tomatoes will definitely be “shoulder-high” by the holiday! The long days and warm nights have brought an abundance of fresh harvests, and we wanted to share what is coming in from the farm this week.
We currently have available tender greens, seasonal favorites like snap peas and garlic scapes, herbs, edible flowers, and our roots in every shape, size and color! Everything is being harvested at peak freshness and can be picked with care for your kitchen.
The solstice always feels like a moment to pause and appreciate the partnership between growers and chefs and cooks. We’re grateful for the opportunity to see the farm’s work transformed into memorable meals for your guests.
If you’re planning any seasonal features or special menus, we’d be happy to discuss availability and help source what you need.
